Notes and Terms

The quote includes development of all pages and best practice site security measures. Once the project is finished, client will
have complete control of the site and hosting server. Pricing assumes client will provide content in terms of text, logos, and
images. Stock photos can be purchased for the site as needed. Website hosting is a separate charge. On-going training and
site maintenance is available at a rate of $40 per hour.

Pricing is good for 30 days and payment is required within 15 days of the site’s launch. All page pricing assumes three reviews
of each page. Additional reviews may incur added charges. Best effort and practices will be applied on the site in terms of
security. Please note, the potential for a site compromise is possible, but very unlikely. In the event of a site compromise, Late
Crew Creative, LLC will provide assistance as needed at an agreed upon rate.
